Steps to fill in Preparatory Admission Form:

1.    Plz collect Preparatory Admission Form from our Center’s Office by paying Rs. 50/-

2.    Fill up the Bank Challan with University Fess Rs. 485/-

3.    Deposit the amount (Rs. 495/-) in any of the banks mentioned on the Bank Challan..

4.    Fill in the form with correct details about Course Code, Center Code and Bank challan details..

5.    Attach self-attested photocopy (xerox) of

a.    last marksheet.

b.    Leaving Certificate &

c.    University copy of Bank Challan..

6.    Submit the form in our Center’s Office on Tue./Thu./Sat – 3pm to 5pm or Sun 11 am to 1 pm before due date (31^st Jan. 2015) along with center fee Rs. 185/-..
